Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for electrical work and leading the electrical team to complete equipment R&D work.
2. Complete the processes, movements, beats, and other tasks of the device in accordance with the mechanical structure according to the input requirements of product development.
3. Drawing the electrical principle diagram, wiring diagram, and electrical standardization work of the equipment according to the final plan of the equipment.
4. Responsible for the selection of electrical components and electrical procurement lists.
5. Programming, writing device programs based on device action flowcharts, including programs for programmable devices such as PLCs, touch screens, robots, servos, vision systems.
6. Verifying procedures and debugging. Debugging the device according to the technical requirements of the device to meet the technical parameter requirements. Logging problems and parameter settings in debugging.
7. Assisting on-site debugging, coordinating with project groups on-site debugging and improving equipment, and conducting operational training for project-related personnel.
8. Manufacturing manuals, manufacturing device usage manuals and repair roadmap.
9. Material and procedure archiving, collecting, organizing, and archiving electrical and graphic materials.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor and above degrees, control theory and control engineering, electrical automation or related specialties.
2. Has more than 5 years of electrical or non-standard automation equipment experience, has independent electrical design and debugging capabilities, and can independently solve key technical challenges in development and field debugging.
3. Mastering computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, and TwinCat3.
4. Expert in the selection, programming, design, and debugging of Siemens, Inovance, and Mitsubishi PLC systems. Familiar with Beckhoff Control System. Expert in the application design and debugging of frequency converters and servo controllers. Familiar with the selection, system design, and debugging of low-voltage electrical units.
5. Capable of reading English manuals and performing related peripheral application design and debugging; good communication, coordination ability, and teamwork spirit, adaptable to travel.
6. Has experience in industrial robotics applications, industrial automation project design and debugging, has prioritized electrical installation and debugging experience on site for large engineering projects in the automation industry, and has prioritized project management experience.
7. Have project cost awareness, quality awareness, and time node control awareness.
